All Abilities Barrier Free Strength Training
Week 5 | M, Tu, W, Th, F | Heinz Fitness 1 | Ages 18 and up
This class focuses on gaining strength for the whole body, while also emphasizing core musculature development and balance and coordination movements through using body weight exercises only. Geared for ages, the exercises will also be modified to accommodate varying levels of abilities. All you need for this course is a floor, a wall, a chair and a mat or towel.
