Chocolate Since 1776: A Taste Talk with Substantial Samples Friday

No matter one's political beliefs, most people love chocolate! This chocolate talk (with substantial samples!) is sure to be the perfect afternoon treat given the Week One theme exploring the U.S. Presidency. You'll not only learn a brief history of chocolate, especially major changes to the chocolate industry since 1776, you'll also learn the dessert preferences of our U.S. Presidents, and will be able to sample some of these flavors through the vehicle of gourmet chocolate fudge.
Three separate classes per week, please choose:

Sandler's whimsical, seasonal products are free of eggs, gluten, corn syrup and artificial flavors and colors. She lectures on a variety of chocolate topics at public and private venues throughout the Washington, DC area, including cohosting wine or beer and chocolate pairings.
