Emily Dickinson: Love and Fear

Dickinson encountered and put into poetic expression all the various human emotions. The collected works embrace the dualities: love and fear, faith and doubt, summer and winter, happiness and grief. Poems studied with commentary.

M.S., M.L.S., M.Div. Studied and taught psychology, literature and theology over last 45 years. Combines these disciplines to bring new dimensions of understanding to the world’s great stories (mythology, fairy tales, bible stories). Taught at Syracuse University for 30 years. Continues to study the writing of Carl Jung, leads retreats, teaches for Road Scholar and for Oasis (Syracuse, NY) and frequently lectures for various organizations. This marks her 32nd year with Special Studies.
