Inflammation and Chronic Disease

Are you fired up? We will discuss the immune system and underlying causes of inflammation in the body that contribute to chronic diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, autoimmune conditions, and diabetes. Lifestyle factors such as sufficient sleep, stress reduction, diet, and even how you exercise can reduce inflammation and your risk of illness. Learn why reducing inflammation is important, how small changes can add up to huge results, and behavior change techniques in a new, collaborative way you can apply immediately to your healthy lifestyle.
