Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Come home to yourself with the unique and powerful practices of the "Yoga of Awareness." Kundalini is the inherent potential energy which we all possess that resides at the base of the spine. Using movement, breath, mantra, deep relaxation, and meditation, this amazing technology awakens and elevates the creative energy within to provide myriad human benefits such as greater clarity, deeper presence, and a feeling of energized calm. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
Students are asked to dress comfortably and bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat, a blanket or towel, and/or any other comfort items required during our practices. A meditation cushion is helpful, but not required.
