Week 6 | Tu, W, Th | Hultquist 201A | Ages 14 and up

Make better health care decisions based upon longevity research while exploring six major aging pathways and their amelioration. What exercise, diets, foods, sleep patterns and social behavior have been shown to alter lifespan by three years or more? Combining modest changes in several health habits have been shown to add at least one decade in several major studies. We will also discuss longevity in nature and how to access original published research with Pubmed.
