Making Chinese Dumplings

Week 1 | Th | Turner 205 | Ages 12 and up

In this course, we will learn the ingredients, healthcare functionalities as well as some background stories of of Chinese dumplings. More important, students will try their hands in preparation of stuffing and various styles of wrapping dumplings. At last, we will taste our own delicious Chinese cuisine together! 

Materials fee of $15 due to instructor at start of class.
