Master Class: Keeping Sabbath
Week 4 | Tu, Th | Hultquist 101 | Ages 16 and up
A common thread in many religious traditions is the importance of dedicated time for rest, prayer and reflection. Chautauqua is a perfect place to practice these rhythms. Each day we’ll engage a guided practice using tools like clay, journaling, poetry, play and silent meditation. Join us for a week of exploring life-giving spiritual practices and restoring a better balance between work and rest.
