Chautauqua favorite and frequent collaborator Norman J. Ornstein continues a tradition of engagement with the Chautauqua community first in conversation with an Institution program leader followed by an extended audience Q-and-A. This Roundtable will address up-to-the-minute matters concerning the 2024 general election and the news of the day, along with other areas of Dr. Ornstein's scholarship and interests, with an opportunity for direct engagement by audience members.
Norm Ornstein
Dr. Ornstein is a senior fellow emeritus at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), where he has been studying politics, elections, and the U.S. Congress for more than four decades. He is a contributing editor for The Atlantic and does a weekly podcast called "Words Matter" with Dr. Kavita Patel. He is also a longtime participant of AEI’s Election Watch series and an adviser to the Continuity of Government Commission.
