No-Bake Summer Sweets

Nobody likes to turn on the oven on a hot day! In this class, students will learn to make no-bake desserts and sweet confections on a stovetop only from the trained and successful home chef Erin Holt.

Previously employed in higher education administration and event ticket management, now part of the office and food service team at Johnson Estate Winery.
