One-a-Day Watercolor Workshop
Weeks 3, 6 | July 12–14, August 2–4 | Pier Building Classroom | Ages: 16+
From novices to beyond, experience this exciting course in watercolor painting. This one-a-day workshop will cover a short intro to the basics of watercolor painting and explore many of its varied techniques and approaches. Color, design and composition will be covered. The goal is to create one painting per day based on three unique lessons developed by the instructor. Students will find their own comfort level as regards realism, abstraction and representational art. All will be discussed. Some watercolor experience is helpful.

Class Times
Students should come to class prepared with the following materials:
- Watercolor paints: tube or pan, mixing palette or plate;
- Watercolor paper: 140 lb, 9x12 or larger;
- Watercolor brushes: various sizes. 4,6,8,10,12 round .... flat;
- Optional: container for water, paper towels, pencil.
To purchase from instructor: $30-$35 for complete set of materials needed for class.
