The Sports Club is offering a new SUP guided stretch and pose class. Paddle to calm waters near the Miller Bell Tower for gentle stretching and poses. Paddle back to Sports Club.
Jane Barnard
Jane Barnard is a Sports Club attendant certified in lifeguarding, boating and CPR. She has over four years of experience in instructing others in water sports, including swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and stand up paddleboarding. Barnard will lead a SUP class through a series of gentle stretches and poses to help improve balance and flexibility.
