The Alexander Technique: Five Classic Studies

Week 5, 8 | M, Tu, W, Th, F | Turner 203 | Ages 12 and up

Each day you will learn a different classic movement/position of Alexander — standing, sitting, bending, standing up from a chair, and walking — with balance, alignment, and poise. Bring your own activities which use those movements to discover new ways to be comfortable. Teacher's light touch will help you sense more, ease muscles and move freely. Next Amp lecture = comfortable sitting!
