The Alexander Technique: Five Classic Studies

Weeks 6, 7 | M, Tu, W, Th, F | Turner 203 | Ages 12+

Each day you will learn a different classic Alexander movement/position: standing, sitting, bending, standing up from a chair, and walking — and more — with balance, alignment, and poise. Bring your own activities which use those movements to discover new ways to be comfortable. Teacher’s light touch will help you sense more, ease muscles and move freely. Be ready for comfortable sitting at the next Amp lecture!
