Weeks 3, 6 | Thursday | Turner Community Center 205 | Ages: 21+

In this class we will taste and discuss six of the most widely planted white and red wine varietals sold today: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. We'll cover the major regions where these grapes are found and how they are grown and produced. By the end, you will have a high level of confidence when selecting these wines from a restaurant menu or the shelf of your local wine merchant.
