Susan has practiced yoga for 29 years and has been a licensed yoga instructor since 2009. She provides a gentle, student-centered class that is easy to follow. Designed to bring ease and opening to all of the joints and muscles of the body, the class is particularly popular with adults over forty, with weight lifters and other athletes and with those who want to de-stress or to ease particular body issues.
