Finding the Zoom Meetings for Your Classes

How do I find the students when it's time for class?

If you're using a CHQ-owned Zoom account:

  1. Visit chq1874.zoom.us and log in using the user name and password established for your CHQ-owned Zoom account.
  2. Click "Meetings" along the left side.
  3. Find your class meeting and click "Start"
  4. Once you do so, your students will access the class through the LMS.

    If you're using your own Zoom account:

    1. You will be sent a link from someone from your program's administration before the class begins.
    2. Click that link to join the class at the appropriate time - suggested 5 minutes before class time begins.

    If you don't know whether your classes are on your CHQ-owned Zoom account or an Admin account, please email Suzanne at sfassettwright@chq.org

    Where to go and how to log in

    Virtual Porch Events

    • After clicking the link to the event below, click "Log In to Register"
    • Use the same log in that you use for learn.chq.org to sign in
    • You will receive an email that includes an event link, and the opportunity to add to your calendar
    • Use this link to access the event at the designated time to view

    Global Assembly Events:

    • Sign in using the user name and password you established at assembly.chq.org
    • This is a different log-in than learn.chq.org - please make sure you have registered at assembly.chq.org prior to attempting to sign in.
    • Once signed in, click the link provided below to take you to the event page
    • Content will be available at this location at the time of the event

    Your Classes:

    • See "Finding the Zoom Meetings for Your Classes" above
